People First Keighley & Craven is a self-advocacy group run by, and for, people with learning disabilities, and the People First Podcast is our platform to raise awareness about the real issues that affect people with learning disabilities in our community, and all over the world. We aim to inform and entertain our listeners by interviewing interesting guests and talking about the things that really matter to us. This is like having a stage, to speak out and get our voices heard.

Today on the People First Podcast we are talking to two guests from local disability service Exclusively Inclusive, Katie Peacock and Christopher, all about the accessible sport Kin-Ball! Last year we ran a sports session with them and enjoyed it a lot, so our team member Nathan wanted to have them back in to learn more about the sport and the work they do with it.
